Can you please increase the proc rate for lv 76 and 81 arcane armors
You are buffing the mythic weapon proc rates but those were less important then the arcane armor proc rates
please play warrior or rogue and try to proc one of the these armor so you understand
even for mages its hard to proc even though they have so many dot abilities
