Arlor Halloween 2022 | The Undead Never Die



Here's the thing about zombies...they tend to come back. And they've done just that this year. Necropolis is once more overrun with terrifying undead and it's up to you to stop it! Don't forget to pay a visit to Arlor's best haunted houses: Boogie's Mansion and the Oligarch's mansion for more tricks, and more treats!

This event begins Thursday, October 13th, at approximately 1:30 PM CST. It will run for three (3) spooky weeks, with a 3 day cooldown.

What's New

The Halloween Event this year will run in 3 rounds of 1 week each, meaning that leaderboards and event tiers will grant rewards each week, then reset. That means 3 chances to climb to the top of the global leaderboards or your personal tiers (point thresholds have been adjusted accordingly)!

Additionally, the event Locked Crate contents will change each week, so make sure to keep an eye out for when your favorite rewards will appear.

How it Works

The Halloween Event is an energy-based event. Spend energy points to enter the boss zone and defeat Necropolis monsters to progress through the event tiers and earn tokens to redeem for the Token Vendor's stash of Halloween goodies.

You can get to Necropolis either from the main map or by talking to the Necropolis Gatekeeper.

You will also find the portal to the Event Zone. This requires energy to enter:



Event Zone:

Once inside you are prompted to purchase a Bane Item that will vastly help in this area. Past years' Bane Item will work here too:

Make your way through, cutting down enemies until you reach a final boss battle:

On occasion, defeating this boss will open a separate portal to one of two special Halloween event zones: Boogie's Mansion or the Oligarch's Mansion.

You must bring one 2022 Necropolis Candy Bag if you want the chance to visit these haunted houses.

Collect the Candy Bars that drop from mobs all around Arlor and craft them into Candy bags to open the way to the Boogie or the Oligarch's Mansion.

Oligarch's Mansion

The Oligarch is anything but hospitable. To reach him you'll have to wander the halls of his opulent mansion, avoiding traps that will damage, slow, and stun you, all while cutting down the zombie hoard that's taken up residence inside.

Defeat The Oligarch, and you'll receive The Oligarch's Bag 2022, a special event chest that has a chance to drop a whole slew of Halloween goodies.

Boogie's Mansion

Boogie's Mansion ends on the Dance Floor, where you will do battle with Arlor's coolest ghost!

Do the new artifacts have a proc or passive effect?

In case they dont could they get one?

Passive: *Same for all 3 artifacts* a nightmarish shield spawns every 5 seconds, this shield absorbs up to 50k dmg (15k in PvP) and deals spreading dot to the enemies that attack the player while shield is active.

Proc:
Chance to proc on hit (normal attacks or skills both count towards activating). *Each type of artifacts will have a different proc*.

Str:
The attack triggering the proc explores dealing massive aoe dmg, stunning nearby enemies for 2seconds (0.7seconds in PvP) and grants a stacking dmg buff for 5seconds to the user depending on how many enemies are hit (1: 15%dmg. 2: 20%dmg. 3: 25%dmg.) The dmg buff can stack with each other up to 3 times. Further dmg buffs added after the first proc will all share the sale duration as the first proc.

Dex:
When proc activates user gets a non stacking 100%ms Buff and leaves a poison trace as the player moves, any enemy that steps into this poison trace gets massive dot and a 50%ms debuff (30% in PvP). User gets an extra 10% stacking dmg buff pero each eny that steps into the poison trace. Enemies inflicted by the poison will spread the dot effect to nearby enemies.

Int:
When proc activates a buffing zone will spawn for 5 seconds. Allies inside the zone get a 20% stacking dmg buff and a 10%hp regen. Succsessful attacks inside this zone will curse enemies reducing their crit, dmg, armor and speed by 15% for 3seconds. nope,i literally meant white.Thing is that normal titles are not white,they are like light blue.The white i mean is milk white

man,there is no white title in game now.Just go write "milk" to google and look at the images.Then compare that color with those titles' colors you've said.If you see them same then there is something wrong with your screen

Token Vendor
- Add Heroic Halloween Pet Chest. 3k tokens. Contains all Halloween "themed" heroic pets. 1 random egg per chest. 1.5k-2k tokens. I would rather get specific heroic eggs offered in token Vendor but since i've suggested this several times and is obviously not happening Guess a chest is the better option.
- Add a legendary belt/ring/amulet/artifact with a Halloween themed proc/passive such as hp leech, poison, flying bat that stuns nearby allies, drop a explosive pumpkin, etc.
- Add a set of furniture to the token vendor, there are several furnitures with 3 variations, maybe adding 1 of those variations to vendor.

Tier Rewards
- Bronze: Fine as it is.
- Silver: Fine as it is.
- Gold: Remove 50 Tokens. Add 3 Candy Bags. Add Sugar Rush banner (make top 50 banner the medusa head).
- Platinum: Replaced the 3 Lockeds into Unlockeds. Add a Massive Locked. Make Crate Keys 20 instead of 25. Add Heroic version of Barky Boo (Not egg)(500Tokens if already have pet).

Event Quest
- Add a quest for beating Oligarch just like there's for Boogie.
- Add more Trophy quests: Paracelsus' Skull, Paracelsus' Bone claw, Paracelsus' Green Goo, Paracelsus' Miniature Statue, Boogie's Heads, Oligarch's Blood-covered hands, Oligarch's miniature statue.
- Add a quest available once all Trophy quests are completed, Talk to Deth to get a Recipe, this Recipe allows you to Craft the Spirit Fountain From Necropolis.

Boss Loot
- Add regular Anky pet to Scourge, Valko, Drakeula and Paracelsus loot tables.
- Add Heroic Anky pet to Drakeula (extremely low chance) and Paracelsus (low chance).

Do the new artifacts have a proc or passive effect?

In case they dont could they get one?

Passive: *Same for all 3 artifacts* a nightmarish shield spawns every 5 seconds, this shield absorbs up to 50k dmg (15k in PvP) and deals spreading dot to the enemies that attack the player while shield is active.

Proc:
Chance to proc on hit (normal attacks or skills both count towards activating). *Each type of artifacts will have a different proc*.

Str:
The attack triggering the proc explores dealing massive aoe dmg, stunning nearby enemies for 2seconds (0.7seconds in PvP) and grants a stacking dmg buff for 5seconds to the user depending on how many enemies are hit (1: 15%dmg. 2: 20%dmg. 3: 25%dmg.) The dmg buff can stack with each other up to 3 times. Further dmg buffs added after the first proc will all share the sale duration as the first proc.

Dex:
When proc activates user gets a non stacking 100%ms Buff and leaves a poison trace as the player moves, any enemy that steps into this poison trace gets massive dot and a 50%ms debuff (30% in PvP). User gets an extra 10% stacking dmg buff pero each eny that steps into the poison trace. Enemies inflicted by the poison will spread the dot effect to nearby enemies.

Int:
When proc activates a buffing zone will spawn for 5 seconds. Allies inside the zone get a 20% stacking dmg buff and a 10%hp regen. Succsessful attacks inside this zone will curse enemies reducing their crit, dmg, armor and speed by 15% for 3seconds. Glad to see sts reading comments and adjusted the event making it so much better with community help.

Plat tier could just be more unlockeds with more greater chests, no need of keys, everyone will like that better since ppl like to open chests for chance of greater rewards :))
