Why does the event zone banner ( near token vendor ) different from the lb medusa banner, that does mean that other color of the banner will be lootable?

Looks like that's a banner that we created but ultimately ended up not using. I've updated the banner to be the gold version.
Fixed if you patch (log out and log back in).
