Are the Massive Nightmare & Nightmare Crates outside of the store meant to not count towards guaranteed loot (X/300 pulls) ?

This is currently not a bug and the intent for guaranteed loot is for store purchases only, at the moment. But, we shall talk about possibly changing this in the future. Thanks for bringing it up!
