Will the arcanes lvl 81 when the belt is released be added with a 4/4 bonus stats? Because currently its stats are just so much inferior from the mythics 81, irrespective of the procs though. It just crossed my mind that maybe sts has a future plan on it or these lvl 81 arcanes will just merely work as an item to swap when it procs.
You want a proc and set bonus? Isn't that a little much. The stats are lower with arc set but that's where procs step in.

some player they want to be all are easy and fast, they forgot the enjoyment of balance each class that need each other and want to kill boss 1hit so the other class will be looter of gold and items only.

It still stands that the newly released arcane weapons has no use and no purpose since Mythic gears are way better.

They mostly went with a debuff type of proc for the arcs which is a nice change since we already have enough DPS weapons, also don't forget, aa, pendant, ring, belt, will all most likely have procs of their own. It's way too early to say that arc 81 procs are weak
