Set Visuals x Vanity Set Visuals

Set visuals should be split into two options:

- Set Visuals
- Vanity Set Visuals

I personally do not like the aura from the mythic set level 81 but I love the aura from the Mystic vanity set. However, current settings do not allow us having one thing turned off and the other thing on.

Please, consider implementing this feature, thanks.

Also, just a precaution - I also want to use another wisp. Do not suggest me to buy a mystic wisp, thank you.
