Wait time on buying plat from website

I bought 2k plat from sts website, but I'm not getti it, on the recipt it says they have to confirm it/ wait.

Anyone have this experience? And how long should I wait?

I usually got right away when going through website. I would atleast give maybe a couple hours to a day before contacting.them.
