any offer? no, dont do the same offer twice., thats unsafe
not sure if we are allowed to use a vpn AT ALL while we have active offers so i wouldnt risk it, unless dev can confirm it is okay as long as you dont take the offer on vpn.
taking offer on vpn and doing offer on vpn could be different thing, unsure.
