please add the treat bag to loot table

@cinco I am begging you to add the 2022 treat bag to the basic mob loot for the normal dungeon (not castle), I have farmed for hours and have spent over 900m on 2022 candy treat bags, but I haven't seen a single hammer (even from others opening). I think it's OK that the drop rates are super low, that makes it fun. but we need more bags to open cause 900m for a ton of common rings is painful. The bags are super hard to get since the daily quest takes ages and not many people do it.

Lemme up this question. Don't need to increase rate since ppl who spent too much gold will be disappointed if the rate gets higher, in this case from 0 to something like 20+ will have it easier without spending too much which is unfair to those who really used millions and billions of gold just to try their luck. Just asking for the specific rate of this hammer.
