'Nerfing" the new sets from 2/3 to 3/4 was fine, but to complete the sets you now NEED the dragkin shield. It's fine to have very rare items, but I don't think they should impact new sets that much.
Drakula set from last year for example even has gotten two banners to complete it.
I opened like 500 chests myself and got nothing btw :(
