Account Restoration Question

I had a lvl 81 rogue but I deleted it and put her Nick in my mage, and there's also a warrio the rogue ran out of Nick, is it possible for me to recover this rogue even though it doesn't have Nick anymore? It will be How can I convert the warrio into a rogue since he is also lvl 81 or will I have to upgrade another rogue?
