Not sure if bug or not..but havent heard,saw anyone loot it..also none in auc since the patch...or is it much rarer than badge?Pls check if it ever drop or not..ty

ohhh..no wonder..then the description in the patch is wrong as it said lootable from boogie n olig only without mention from the bag n bounded..ty for info

Banners are not supposed to be bound. That is fixed in the next server (content) update.
