Vanities giving bonus buff in PVP

Not sure if it was supposed to be this way EVER , but vanity like Halycon set and probably few more would be working in PVP which was supposed to only work in PVE is breaking the platform . Could you please check into this ? Thanks !

Some sets do provide bonuses in both PvE and PvP.

We make effort to ensure that sets that only provide buffs in PvE are marked as such. If you see otherwise you can assume that the item / set gives its benefits in any context.
