AL Birthday Question - How Many Cakes?!

We're doing something new with Birthday this year and we have a question for you...


How many cakes do you typically open during this event?

Fun fact: the total cakes opened during a given AL Birthday event is around 1.2 million.

If you remember the approximate number of cakes of a given type you open... I'd be soundly impressed.

Jokes aside, I personally just bought banner which was around 1.5k tokens? i believe so close to 80 large roughly

I opened hundreds in guildhall for parties aswell as for jewels on hardcore. I'd say usually 1-2k during the event and many more after.

I think 60_90 in average is opend. I personally opend 1.5k in 2020(for a gh party and a video)

By cakes you are referring to just grand cakes right? If not then I open maybe around 500 cakes

Guesstimate 200-500 grand cakes depending on drops & other players wanting to get a chance at looting something(opening them for others in the same guild, usually for newer players). I open more for others than I do myself.

This year the Birthday Event will be getting Tier Rewards. Points will be awarded (to you) when you open a cake and I wanted to know what'd be reasonable to require for achieving the various Tiers.

Since it is Birthday and it's not meant to be a massive grind for top spot (plus it's only going to run for one week), I'm thinking that the top Tier reward should require opening roughly 200 Large Cakes... or somewhere around 100 Grand Cakes.

Please let us know in the Birthday event thread what you think about the point requirements given this ^ info.
