- There is a hole in the neck when viewed from the side. [DONE]
- There is something strange about the Collar when rotated to the left only when using the Sword, the Aegis is fine.

yes dev, but just hole in the neck :)
maybe you can try use Vampyre Armor (Warrior) with Sword (not Aegis), and try rotate to left and see what appears on Collar.
