Connection problem

Hello, I am experiencing some really horrible lag for the last 3 days, and I don't think the problem's on my end as I've got a fiber connection with 0 ping and my internet works great with literally everything else, is there anything going on in eastern/southeastern region of europe that I'm unaware of? Is it possible to get it checked out?

We do not control the internet, and server performance is constantly monitored and has been fine. Closing.
