Imo neptaris is still better. Kraken sword needs more DoT and definitely more initial damage.

True neptaris is still much better then sword
Testest it vs orrick
Nept took 2hits to kill orrick with kraken armor proc + h tad
While kraken sword proc + kraken arm + h tad took like 5-6 hits
Vs Hydra nept took about 5 taps
While kraken took like 11+ hits

It does need a little damage buff or critical hits
Should be higher
Kraken sword is just bad without kraken armor, but even with proc it's still does lower damage then 81 mythics.
So +1 to increase its damage scale a bit higher then neptaris.

I think Kraken is a guaranteed proc. It would help kill bosses much faster with ult in endgame.
