Dregs pvp bosses to hard to killp

They take at list 20 minutes to kill if you work good together and they drop items why didn't you ever tell us? I sold an item for 100k but dang the lighting wand looks nice

Well I call BS on this post. I've seen them rarely drop items, and they are never anything above a white.
