I think he mean to the Lava cracks in the ground, lava pit and blue portal

From the ss i would say op means:
1st Pic: Window with red cristal/light.
2nd Pic: Floor crack with lava (different options would be appreciated like purple crack from Windmoore maps(Arcane energy), Green cracks (toor's arcane ability), etc).
3rd Pic: Teleportation platform.
4th Pic: Lava pit.

And that blue portal, like this or with different colors for the aura, would be impressive!
That volcano like aura would look good too.
And that mailbox, with animation to check our mail there or deliver the quest in our houses too.
