after waiting for an hour, why there is a 5 minute interval before he spawns? In my opinion it should have spawn immediately. I don't see the point or Im missing something please elucidate me thank you.

i think they did it so, the people who are farming get notified and still have a 5 minute window to join someones house.

Not really, when you finish killing Blotto, the clock is at 54 or 53m.
So it's 1 hour and you wait only 55m after killing him.
-5min to find a house.
-1 or 2 min to kill him.
-54 or 53min for it to appear again.

Yes, i notice that, the clock appears at 55 minutes as soon as the boss appears.
I used to look at the clock only when killing the boss.
But the point is the same, it's still 1 hour, total.
-5min to make the party.
-55 minutes for the boss to reappear.

Every hour at 00:35:02 he spawns. Every 35th minute 2nd second.

No, I said it took 1 or 2 min to kill the boss, and when I looked at the clock it was 53 or 54 min.
But then I noticed, that as soon as the boss comes out, the clock comes out showing 55 min.
Anyway, it's also like encryption says, to be more precise.
The boss appears every hour at 35min, always.

But anyway what I meant to say, is that this takes 1 hour. And not 1 hour and 5 minutes as the publication indicated.
(perhaps I unnecessarily overcomplicate it)

It's pretty simple. He spawns at :35 if you are in a house with 20+ people.
