PvP Kill farming

was this illegal? i know ive seen a plethora of threads but i cant find any.
differentiate between Dummy farming with alts and Kill for Kill with a guildie/friend etc
i dont see how else 10k kills for pvp kills aps is possible in a reasonable amount of time, i just want to get the APS out of the way and be done with it

CTF yeah, i was surprised to see pvp kill aps still on there.
Especially the 10k one
