Mages are incredibly OP now in 10-18!!

So now with the new "forgotten bows" the mages are unstoppable.. they used to fall under a bit because of lack of dmg, so they had to kite like crazy for that kill.. now with the new bows we are OP. Here is why...
The bows give us amazing dps/dmg ofcoarse, plus with our high heal and a lil bit of kiting we cant be beaten.. ive gone up against many dexbears (with & without the new weapons) and owned them all... with the new bow we can nuke alot faster... i only need to kite once and after my 1st wave.. then come back with the second wave and nuke.. used to take around.. 4-6 waves. My mage is lvl17 with the pink 17 bow.

Honestly if you look the humania sets use the xbows but with it you get a set bonus. With the this long bow thing, you have higher damage with the cost of a set bonus. If you ask me...xbow > longbow

Bears never really ruled pvp in 10-20, mages could kill a bear if he/she kited, and birds had amazing dodge so they could just nuke bears.

Mage kiting is quite effective against bears. The only thing that can beat a mage down here (if they kite right, trust me, I've smacked down some 17 bears with xbow, using my 13 mage.) now is a bird. It was SORT OF balanced, but not like (so I hear) the 51/56/61 pvping.

And just ask Otukura. He destroyed my 20 bear with his 20 kite bird a looong time ago. Graaaaah.

Well, Otu is not your typical pvper. And just because I don't currently pvp, doesn't mean I didn't use to have a 12, 15, and 17. Bears are the majority at that level by far (or were til yesterday :p).

Well, Otu is not your typical pvper. And just because I don't currently pvp, doesn't mean I didn't use to have a 12, 15, and 17. Bears are the majority at that level by far (or were til yesterday :p).

I'm pretty average. You just need to kite. Bears are the most well rounded twinks, in the sense they can basically do anything from kiting to nuking, but you can easily beat them with a nice fire+frost+heal+rinse+repeat+drain.

mages arent op, i use dex bear and dex bird and i can easily beat them. (that might be just me though)

mages lv 13 and under still get owned HARD by pro dex bears, above that birds take over to own the living **** out of mages until about 19 or higher :banana:
