for instance when i craft this with my mage...could i wear it on my rogue? is it universal?

Nope...if you craft in mage only mage can wear it
And also its unstashable...so you cant even wear it on other mage account

Talking about this there should be an option to craft either one to vanity even tho you are the opposite rank light/dark. I didn’t know so I switched ranks and now I can’t craft it one to vanity
