Everything is in the "settings". Go on the full site and click "settings". From there you will see "change profile pic" down the left side.

From what I think, you go from "New Member, Junior Member, Member, Senior Member, then ELITE". You have ELITE at 1337 posts I think it is, then at 1338 you go back to Senior Member. The last one is "Luminary Poster" or something like that.

Small correction;
AFAIK it goes; New Member, Junior Member, Forum Adept, Senior Member, Elite, Senior Member, Luminary Poster, Forum Legend.
There could be some more along the way that I don't know of =)
