I would assume there will be more. I'm not certain of this, but I remember hearing that the plan is to go up to 99. Although I can't imagine they would ever end a game that has a large active playing audience. I would think they could just keep adding indefinitely.

There will be more campaigns. The last word was STS had developed their roadmap through level 101. As of now, it's anyone's guess beyond that.

It really depends on how much money they are making off of pl, right now I think they are good and are able to come out with this awesome new content but who knows what the future holds.

So they can make the map longer. You already have to scroll left & right, so they can add a new island or two. Or they can easily do what they did in Alien Oasis and add new levels without needing a new town. How about Humania 2 & 3? or the same thing with any other town or dungeon.
