But could we please get a buff on new sets bonuses? specially on 4/5pc sets. There stats is really too low compared to the existing sets (Bone Devil, Chem/Exterminator) which gives 400% stacking Exp for just 3pc.
And we're missing a new pet again, we didn't get a pet last event too.

Imho Bone Devil, Exterminator and Chem Sets are really just too overpowered. Specially that those sets can be combined together (giving +9k Hp, +500% Stacking Dmg, +800% Stacking Exp, and +400% Goldloot) , and if we consider the future sets, the stats would just be ridiculous.

This special boss monster will dive you some nice gold loot (not extreme or insane... just 'nice' as a bonus for Legends who are adventuring around outside of the main Winter content).

Thank you for making this Winterfestival event for us again this year, I appreciate the new vanity items, the three different maps we can farm and your hard work and effort for this event and the entire year.

You all do amazing work, despite all the demands, complaints, and criticisms of your customers. Some of us do appreciate the new content and your willingness to listen to our feedback and give us what we desire.

No one is perfect, a few bugs and glitches do pop up occasionally, that you rectify quickly.

I really like the new Frost Guardian set looks very European and festive, the new Santa Bling set with the gems is cute, the Gelid Ice vanity Weapons are my favourite with the frosty effect.

I really like how the different vanity items are farmed in all three different maps, brilliant idea.

Thank you again, you are much loved. So excited for this winterfestival event.

Would you consider toning down the difficulty a little for Gauntlet, Cinco? At the moment, there aren’t as many players farming it as they are farming Escort due to its difficulty after Round 16. As you know, Gauntlet drops the “Winter Warfare” weapons and shields which are needed to complete 4pc and 5pc sets of the “Frost Guardian” set. No players farming = no vanities. We’re coming up on 24 hours of the event and there isn’t a single weapon or shield in auction. Just a thought!

Fr its hard to find games in it, I just mostly solo it but didn't get any loots.
I've manage to reach wave 21 alone but with 5x combo of course, the technique is to have 1 player pull around all the mobs while the other stays at the corner. Once all the mobs are rounded up, use aoe weaps (preferably bow) and just kite them up, avoid using stun skills too.

The loots should drop from Snowmans too (black ones) just like previous years, because farming for wave 20 boss is hard, considering the low drop rate too.

Just a suggestion, is it possible to just put a timer on public game rather than waiting/needing 5 players for the map to start? Or making the start button available for the host without the need of making it locked game. This would be really helpful specially in Gauntlet map.

I am currently messing with sets and the damage seems to cap at 65,000 damage no matter what set I use, I tried the exterminator set that gives 200% stacking, bone devil that gives 300% stacking and I tried a few other including the new bling set which is supposed to do 4x damage. I even got a dragkin vanity shield to try and mix the bone devil and exterminator sets to see if I could get 500% stacking damage and no matter what it says it always seems to cap out just short of 65,000 damage. Is this a bug? Are the sets not properly adjusted? Or is this intended to better balance the game? Something to take note of is that I did this without a daily elixer so I don't know if that would change it yet until later when I get it and find out. Also the winter gauntlet seems to be insanely hard I have pretty much all the best gear in the game and it's still terrifying to try to clear wave 20 to fight boss even though I'm kiting to not get hit it's still possible to get one shot or run out of time. 99/100 times my entire team will be dead long before wave 20.

There's no damage cap, try hitting 1 mob with just 1 basic attack and if your damage exceeded pass 64k it will show multiple tick of 64k dmg.

There's a distinction between difficult farm with good drops and difficult farm with shet drops.

This event is the later.

Farm 19 waves , get absolutely no drops - Beat the boss and still 9 out of 10 times there's a good chance boss won't drop anything??? ( This is supposed to be fun? )

... Grotto practically ruined - costs you more to run it than you earn in there

Poor balancing skills show - In escort newbies will be oneshot unless they have 4k+ hp.

There's not a single set in game that gives anywhere close to that amount of hp under lvl 101! Unless you have a pet you're nothing but a leech in there, is there any reason why mobs dmg/hp can't scale off the characters lvl? Why is difficulty the same regardless if you're team of all lvl 1s or lvl 115 players....

Hello Isiah.

Ol'Golden Bones is not worth farming at all, the amount of gold he drops is too little compared to the amount if time spent looking for this random mini boss spawn.

There are three Winter Festival maps to choose from.

Each drop different vanity items, and you need to wear the right gear in each map as well as using the right tactics to make the most of each individual map.


Map 1 : ESCORT Father Frost

This map is best for gaining xp to cap to 115, as well as xp kits and Mythic 115 gear.
And Gelid Vanity Weapons and Shield is looted here, which completes the Santa Bling set.

Use a character lower than 115, wear full luck gear (100% luck is sufficient enough, any more makes no difference) during the map to maximize reroll on xp orbs and xp kits, and most importantly ice coins (tokens).
If you wish to loot a Mythic 115 at the boss continue to wear your full luck gear.
If you wish to loot a vanity (Gelid weapons and shields) wear no luck gear before you kill the main boss Toyman.
This map also spawns the mini boss "Kill Joy", the same luck and gear applies to him and of the chance of same drops.

The best set up in gear, maximises your xp gain as well as has 100% for reroll.
Vanity items and Pet:
Greedy gazer pet 50% luck , 3x xp
Black Hearts of love vanity helm 50% luck
Deadly Dragkin Platinum weapon
Bone Devil armor 4x xp
Deadly Dragkin Platinum shield

However, if you do not have these items, you now need to consider the best set up for xp as well as luck. Because at level 110 to 113 you get good xp from killing the mobs. And can gain xp fast.
If you choose to use xp boosting elixirs use them betweem level 100 to 113. You get xp from killing the mobs upto level 113 in the ESCORT Father Frost map.

Once you reach level 113, you no longer get xp from killing the mobs, your xp gain is entirely from the xp orbs (where you want maximum luck gear for higher xp orbs and ice coins)



Map 2: The Winter GAUNTLET

This map is where you loot The Winter Warfare Vanity Weapons and shield which complete the Frost Guardian set.

It is best you use a level 115.
Ensure you have one pro puller, after wave 16.
This number 1 puller, can use different sets depending on what they have.
Damage elixir of 4x damage (30mins) and Anti freeze elixir kit is required.

The number 1 puller does all the work, pulling all the mobs in one ball, the rest of the team is support.

The rest of the team stand in one corner of the map, helps after all the mobs are in a ball, only uses auto hit on the mobs, with a splash damage weapon (preferably Ebonthrax bow).
As a support player ensure you run the same line as the main puller and only auto attack what snowmen they are shooting, if you miss or hit another snowman you will split the ball of snowmen up, and it becomes messy and harder to kill all the snowmen mobs and the timer of the wave might run out.

DO NOT mess up the snowmen ball of mobs the number 1 puller has, pulled

When wave 20 is reached, and the Toyman boss is the last mob left, switch to either Ebonthrax Dagger or Volta dagger to kill him more efficiently.

Only the Toyman boss who spawns at wave 20 drops the vanity items.




Map 3 : The Gift Grotto

You need an elixir to enter this map, The Gifts Grotto Elixir Kit.
Use tokens farmed in The ESCORT Father Frost map to buy the grotto tickets from the vendor in Forest Haven towne, Father Frost for (250 ice coin's) each.

This map is the gold farming map, it also drops two vanities:
The Winter Tree Banner which completes both new winter sets The Santa Bling set and The Frost Guardian set.
The Snow Crest Badge.

You need to wear maximum gold loot items. Maxed enchanted ring and amulet, gold loot pet, as well as gold loot vanity items.
Run a straight path and destroy all the presents as fast as you can, you can skip the first one two rooms.
When you spawn the boss pull him right to the very last room.
If you want a Mythic elixir use 100% luck items.
If you want a vanity wear no luck before you kill the boss.

You can also use the Ebonthrax dagger or volta dagger to kill the boss faster.

Maybe add some level 50, 75, 100 level item drops to encourage lower level players. This event is either vanity items (drops or tokens) or level 115 items. I get that lower player can run escort, but most are one-shot dead and out in escort, and no way they can handle KIlljoy.

Don't solo, plus the threat level will raise to the highest level in your game. So it will be harder to kill if a level 115 joins you.

Try to have a capped level player to help you.

There is no use adding more drops to the loot table, join open runs if you find it difficult.

Xp orbs and xp kits drop easily when you are under level 115 and are wearing 100% luck gear.

After many successful runs, I agree. I enjoy the challenge and rarity of these Warfare weapons. I’ve dropped a cannon and shield myself, that’s two of the best vanities right there.
