arent the pisces daggers supposed to have a guaranteed proc after like 5 charged attacks?
I just had to do 7 to get a proc, I also recorded it
if its a bug i can share the footage
+also there were no ghost hits and they were not on cooldown
= Could it be possible you accidently removed the guaranteed proc at the 5th charge?
