1. The crates should NOT have non-tradeable version of vanities. A sincere request to fix that . We been spending alot of platinum not to get cheap varients to be dropped .
2. Could you please remove uc sets , jetpacks , valentine stuff from crates ? That really are irrelevant to have in premium crates.
3. The drop rates of negotiator stuffs are next to negligible . Thousands of platinum ppl have spent and so far only 1 helmet drop . People are nearly exhausted of their budget of buying platinum already . Need a sincere change in that .
4. Crates rng is messed up . Even at using 4x elix , it barely rerolls which it says it gives 100% reroll chance . That seems to be false explanation of elixir .

Agree with all but we cant do nothing futumsh already say nothing will change
