Usually that means you changed networks while the game was active. For instance, starting the game, the switching from 3G to Wifi.
Happened to me all the time. Kill the app then restart it.

Thanks but, I am on Chrome (desktop)
and my connection is fine
ohhhh. Did you try closing chrome and restarting? Sorry if that is insulting lol

Hmm.. What do I do now?
Delete and reinstall The DL Chrome client.
If that does not work, update your pc(WIN/LINUX)/mac's drivers.
If all of the above methods FAIL:
1. Reinstall Windows/Linux/Mac(You need A spare hardisk/Partition to prevent data loss).
And reinstall Chrome and the DL Chrome Client.
2. Reformat your pc
Backup your stuff first!!!
And reinstall Chrome and the DL Chrome Client.
3. Get a new graphics card if after completing steps (1) and (2) the same problem still happens.

Or... just uninstall the clients, delete your cache and cookies then restart Chrome and reinstall the clients. X.x
