Pets?

So I assume the dark crusader and albino bats are the only ones currently in game? I don't want to spend plat just on a set that I only like the pet and not the gear and have had zero luck on the albino bats. :mad:

I am cool with the albino bats being hard to get, that makes them more special. However, I would like to see some more pets available either as drops or as purchases with plat/gold.

So what sort of pets would you like to see?

I would like a quest chain to get a Homunculus (think deformed mini-me) type of pet. Something like you visit and npc and they give a quest to go farm a dungeon for some material from that particular boss (mildly low drop rate), do that a few times with different bosses. Once you have all the components, the NPC uses your vampiric blood to create your Homunculus.

I think that adding too many pets will start to make the game more wizard like and make them less special :( but I think they could add one more pet, like pet rats or something. I was playing pocket legends, seeing how many pets there were, it love red the value of them when you got on. Personally I want them to keep the pets exclusive.

How about a wolf? It seems in keeping with the spirit of the game. Plus, if you're AFK for too long, they can program an animation so it starts humping your leg.

The Dark Bundle will not be coming back, only the Biomorph will find itself in the DOTD rotations from time to time at the moment. Any future bundles that will be doing this will also state that, however I don't believe we will be doing it again.

I think that pets should remain SOMEWHAT exclusive. Maybe there can be a low level pet that almost everyone has and then builds up to like a Chuck Norris or Morgan Freeman for the people who have capped like 286720875 times in a row. Pets that don't fly would be cool too. Like Chuck Norris could swim on land and Morgan Freeman could teleport.

Oh, I don't disagree.. but I think we are going to be flooded with baby gargoyles soon lol.. Their numbers grow daily.. I guess gargoyles must be part tribble ;)

And I don't buy much plat...so that's gotta mean something...;) Save the albino cats for world drops. I wouldn't mind some cat tail pants and cat ears headband for my vamp...that costume would be a nice touch for my fictional black cat costume plat package. I have two black cats in real life...twins. Their birthday is in October, sometime around halloween. :ghost:

As I said in an other forum a non flying pet would make vampire district really REALLY full. I had also suggested a dragon pet(like dota's bat Dragons)

If a cat is going to turn ppl off, then obviously we don't want that. If that weren't the case, I'd love to have one.
