Is it illegal to pay lb runners some golds for them to help you get to lb timed runs like hauntlet, arena etc.

anything that doesn't fit in the trade window is against terms.ToS need to be revised, because rare bosses doesn't fit in the trade window and yet people still sell/buy it.
Not saying that it should be banable or etc. Just saying that we need a broader clarification.
