Flask of Hybrax disappears when entering event zone?

This quest sometimes disappears when entering event zone, and sometimes not. So we have to take the quest numerous times as it randomly drops it.

This is unfortunately a consequence of how the event weeks were set up and the rollover behavior. That quest is removed on load for a couple hours after the week change.
