event portal disappear

hi...supposedly got 13hrs left for event end..but the event portal show close...bug right?

I can still open my energies even without the active portal. That is very dangerous.

With the portal closed, I can still enter the event area and spend my energy. But there are no bosses to kill.

we can't get into the portal to the boss for half a day, I hope they will add time for us to have time to take our tiers
