+ Event runs from January 12th though 26th.
+ Hunt down Prince Lev'Lar, loot his XP and sail to Level 115 with style and ease!
+ The Prince has a minimal chance to spawn anywhere in the realm (when a dungeon chest is opened).
+ Speak to Queen Avanca on the island in the "Dragkin Terror" Campaign and buy the trade-friendly Hunters' Elixir Kit.
+ The Prince has a much higher chance to spawn when defeating monsters in the "Molten Mountain" areas - but only when the Hunters' Elixir is active.
+ Prince Lev'Lar does not drop XP Orbs for Legends that are already Level 115.
+ However, in addition to XP Kits, Level 115 players have a chance to loot Elixir Kits, Makeup Kits and special vanity items!
+ Level 115 players also have the opportunity to loot 5X Damage and 5X Experience Elixir Kits.
+ Prince Lev'Lar also has a chance to drop the "Electric Eye" and "Burning Gaze" Makeup Kits (again for Level 115's).

I agree that if we are re-releasing vanitys, Blood Dragon would be awesome to see again, especially in towne on more than one person.

I am not complaining about the surplus of events but am curious why we have 1) A fast cap event then 2) Xmas Event, which many used to get themselves to cap and then 3) Now another leveling event? I love the amount of events but I think a little creativity is in order instead of just having one goal for 3 events in a row (technically 4 if you count halloween preparing for cap).

Personally I feel a little let down by fast capping, because all I got was 3 two-handed weapons, that are untradeable and don't work with any set! I think that if the fast cap weapons could complete Bone Sets, Ext. Sets, Chem Etc. It would make a lot more sense, as well as giving the weapons a purpose other than sitting in out inventories. Also maybe please consider making the sword one handed:)

If vanities get brought back they should be apart of the corresponding event they where released in. Bring items back randomly isn't healthy for the game due to people colluding together to dictate what items they want back.
We had this issue in the part with guild events. People wanted vanites brought back due to an exploit that players took advantage of and how some of them items are redundant now due to influx of them being reintroduced.

Yes the purpose of this event is to level up.

All characters under level 115 can get xp orbs as well as xp kits.

Prince Lev'lar has a small chance from spawning from treasure chests in game, if you have the Prince Lev'lar elixir you have a higher chance of spawning this boss from killing monsters in the new campaign The Dragkin Terorr.

fr, bring back those items that can be bring back specially the blood dragon but not the exclusive as black dragon and other og. They made a promise not to bring it back, permission to the creator or the one who designed the vanity is also a must if they're about to re-release. Blood helm is too exclusive nobody would ask for it back if there were closer to 5 in the game because then the set would be obtainable.
Black market has no affect on me I have never dealt in it.

Nothing and nobody in this thread was talking about black market, you can post all of that in gen discussion, we are only asking for a community sought after set to be brought back. BM is a serious issue and there’s a conversation to be had, but I don’t see how it applies to the discussion of loot for this next event? They are obviously not going to bring back items from 12 years ago, as cinco already stated in another post. but as a community we do love the blood dragon set and want to see it again. Let’s not steer the convo into BM when this thread is about loot for next event.

Everyone has their own opinions on what can be “re-released” I think there’s a few categories that should always be protected:

-LB items
-Cap rewards
-tourney rewards

Ultimately it’s up to STS but blood dragon is a dope set that nobody was able to get, and it’s not a protected category

It would be a brilliant idea to bring back the blood dragon helm to allow more players to compete their set.

Honestly sad how the selfishness of one player (wanting to keep their blood helm exclusive) ruins the experience of the game for other hardworking players.

Second the idea of putting the helm in vendor. Many people would buy it and would generate a lot of profit for STS.

Add new rare vanities as drops. Nobody will be BMing for old vanities if the new ones are good. That’s how you fight the black market while not upsetting players who spent countless hours working for their collection.

Why is it that all the same toxic players get all the good drops every event? But yet I help everyone I can, let everyone run in my host and I get nothing. But the toxic players get multiple drops. I’m very discouraged with this game that I have dedicated years to playing just to get nothing in return every event. Doesn’t make any sense. Try rewarding players that have things accomplished in the game not alt accounts that have nothing and players that are toxic.

I'm sorry to hear you are not getting luck farming this event. I can understand it is discouraging farming and others are getting the best vanity of The Storm Gods Hammer.

It honestly is all random the drops.

May i ask what you are farming for? Vanity (no luck gear) or mythic (100% luck gear) items? You need to wear different gear to loot either.

If you feel toxic players are getting all the loot on runs, my suggestion is to host your own games.
Then you can choose who you allow to be in your game.

Keep farming on a level 115, in the new campaign The Dragkin Terorr. You will get that drop you want if you keep at it.

Besides if you don't, you can buy it for pl gold from all the sales of the other loot you are collecting this event.

Honestly sick and tired of rereleased items. You get punished for trying to buy the new vanities as devour has perfectly pointed out. I thought the devs had turned over a new leaf in 2020 Halloween when we started to get consistent new vanities but oh boy have the old antics returned.

I already see people mass selling all their vanities they used to enjoy wearing. They’re forced to otherwise they risk losing their hard earned wealth. Devaluing newer items will only drive up the black market for older vanities as they’ll become more desirable and are ‘safer’.

You could recolour Pas, COP, egg but somehow doing the same for expensive vanities like storm gods hammer is hard?

If there’s a way to distinguish the newly dropped storm god hammers from the ones prior to this levlar event, I’d urge the devs to do so maybe via recolour.

This might be a good idea after the event since you now only gain the chest by leveling atleast 105 to get the one untradable chest which is like 0.00009% rate of getting the dinner dress with a singe crate.

Why not re-release the items many black market for? those impact the game more than anything because of all the scammers and black market players who bot in locked games with 5 different 115 accounts for loot and gold, and they sell these high end items for real life money as well as selling the PL gold for real life money.
