Almost every time someone complains about this sort of thing, it's due to being overseas with some sort of network event between you and us. If this is what's going on, you may be able to route around the issues with a vpn.
The only other cause of this that I've seen is antivirus programs scanning websocket traffic, though I haven't seen this one in many years now.
