Need ask and say something:

Can you make all weapons “71 elite” like example : ems, esb can do proc in towns. Its will be cool hehe, cause only ems and esb cant proc in towns rn :( RIP my fish and boat haha

Esb and Ems can aslo proc in towns, but it needs a target to do so. We used to spawn Ewt Totem proc as target to proc Ems years ago lol
