I keep getting scammed and it's really bugging me!

Hey guys, Jahova here and i just wanted to say that why are there so many scammers in SL? i don't get it! Why can't they earn legitly? I mean i've been scammed many times but it's NOT NECCESARY!!! (At this point, im so angry that i nearly broke my iPad) Vog/Vogen Scammed me... He said he'll help me to lvl 19 for my money... then he just goes away! Now i'm completely broke! Please help me anyone, and if i should, i'll contact Support

I dot trust anybody except for guys that i know for a long time and that are nice etc.

This is unnecessary thread sir.. First, just email support (http://support.spacetimestudios.com/) and second, you shouldn't have call people out like that, even if he is a scammer.

ALSO, you shouldn't trust people so easily like that, use common sense.. Is someone really going to help you if you give him money first? In all honestly, most people wouldn't. :) just be more careful..

I've been scammed once in my life. An ex team mate of mine in college stole my shoes and wallet from me at gun point.

Point is, unless someone's pointing a gun at your face, don't give away anything without realizing you might not get it back.

Unfortunatley in alot of these freemium games you get those who see scamming other players for profit as a part of the game. Never give your hard earned creds, or plat to anyone for anything other than something tangible. Be carefull who you add to your "friends" list as this list is often seen as a who to target list. In many games these people look to see who is wearing the plat bought vanities and try to befriend them seeing them as future cash cows to further their own free gaming experience. Often these are the same people begging in common areas for free money, items, etc.. and if you ever give them something expect to get future requests for more. Your credits, plat, and items are yours, guard them well.
