I wanted to find a 5/5 set to do Evidence for forbidden tech quest. All the time ive played I never been to the secret lab. Do you know if thats still accessible?

Yes you need to have 5/5 to access it for the first time to complete the quest...once the quest is completed you can access it anytime without the set and the next quest you can do also without needing the set you can just use normal gear
I have 3+ 5/5 full set for rental for all class... if you interested just pm me and i will give further details
