Instead there is the dexterity type one.
Nevertheless when you complete the set the right stats bonus applies.

It's probably caused due that after an update, any mythic belt 81 gives the 4/4 effect, even If u are a war, using int/dex type belt the effect Will do. Anyway the description should be fixed in the way It show the primary stats of character.

With the next app update it should always show the set for your class. I think it's currently showing the rogue set unless you have one of the other items equipped.
