Experiencing LAG with low ping on Mobile

When this happens Im usually able to re-install app and it works again. Only experiencing this on mobile not PC. I'll have 140-260 ping and experience frames freezing as I'm running through maps or even just typing. Technically it's playable because I only use Mobile at work for auction and guild Chat but it's getting unbearable at this point.

This can happen to me when I have to use LTE network. I can fix it by closing AL, turn on airplane mode for 30 seconds and turn data back on. Almost always works for me.
