Haste and Short CD Skills

Haste is a really fun stat to use, but it becomes a bit difficult to keep up with at higher values for skills with short cooldowns unless you use a macro or have really fast fingers. Nerfing haste is a possible solution, but it's pretty satisfying when you get to spam attacks super fast. I was wondering if there can be an in-game way added for some kind of auto attack for skills and weapons? It would help mobile players a lot.
