What do you think when a rich person bids for your goods at a low price and then scolds you for refusing his offer? :upset:

Even though he looks rich with a new aura and a gold suit, but shamelessly bids at a low price and then when we refuse he will get angry and look down on us.

is there an option to report if someone insults race, ethnicity, religion, and culture?

Well that’s what merchants do, bid low, just a way to make gold lol but if they insult you for not selling at their price ofc they’re in the wrong unless you insulted them first for their offer

When a merchant lowballs hard, you can either ignore or come up with a funny decline. This approach has 100% toxic free results.

But if you choose to violently retaliate against it, then there will be toxicity on both ends.

No one is going to scold you for just saying "NO" to a lowball since every merchant knows that they are lowballing.
But if you retaliate with your opinions is when the fighting starts. So now when you both have spread toxicity and either one of you is waiting for slander bad enough to cause a ban, it's opportunity for framing with intent, probably both deserve the ban imho. But again STS likes to wave tha hammer around , hard to say who gets hit, even you.

This exists since STS gives complete autonomy to players for setting prices so it up to a seller/buyer contract and no fixed price (technically nothing is a lowball /overprice which contradictory terms set by players like you and me) . Just based on last sold prices again which can be easily fabricated and lied to benefit personal gain.

Playing without them is much better, you can inspect them > Other and a Report button will appear bottom right and hit ignore right after. You don't need to waste any amount of time arguing and talking back as proving your point on them is 100% useless the only thing they can comprehend and understand is the potential insults you throw back at them.

There's no hope for those kind of people :monkey:

Don't reply with "too low" or "nty". When you ask for offers and they give you a number you can't expect them to read your mind and guess the price you want them to pay.
If someone offers low just reply with "alright I might try to get x for it if I can" if your item is worth 20m and they offer 12m just tell them you are trying to get atleast 18-20m out of it at the moment.
Replying with "too low" or "nty" or "low ball" ofcourse is going to trigger someone. They don't know your price, you asked for a number they gave 1.
Social skills lack a lot in this game tbh.
Reply to someone as you would like someone to reply to you if you were in the situation. The thing I explained is mostly what I see people do that causes fights.

Thanks for the input! :lemo:

Actually this is a story from my friend, he refused by saying "sorry sir I can't". but the merchant sent a letter from the post and called him "indog". actually I also don't have a problem with low offers, the problem is if they insist. Well, it's also a pity if this happens to players who are practically new and definitely need money, even though they sell them at normal prices, but because they refuse an offer, they are treated unpleasantly.

Just tell me the PRICE, don't reply "offer".
Cause when i put the offer (as much gold i have) they always say "low ball". WTF they want?!??

Cultural insults I do think the devs ban people for. Screenshot and explain to support how the insult is directed to your culture etc and they should ban. I say explain because there are endless insults out there and not everyone knows them all. For normal insults they typically ignore.

I also felt the same way when looking for immo dagg. when he (a guildmate) said "offer?" I am at the price I want, namely the price when the vanity is cheap January 13-15 during the awaken event (at that time the vanity price is cheap and I don't have money for the vanity during the awaken event). Then I offered 37m for his immo dagg, but he just kept silent and left the guild soon :') . not long ago he was selling on the forum and said no lowballers, since then I feel guilty towards him (.-.). The problem is that my other friends allow me to buy their aura wages at prices that are not much different on January 13-15, so I think it's okay to give other people such prices.

Asking for an offer instead of stating the price is a tactic to make you negotiate with yourself.
I always give a crazy low number and when they decline I ask what their number is.
They know what they're looking for, you just have to work it out of them sometimes.
