Is there any chance that I can retrieve my deleted character? Or does sts has back up of it?

i did that long time ago.. they can recover it they gonna ask you, your email something like that character name, level etc.. but now i dont know if still the same.

Yes, there is. Contact the support with details - character name, level, class. The longer you wait the lower the chance of recovering the character.

yes just message them through email
