Question about jewel farming

Which is more effective, remap after the first wave or after the second wave? And if it's different, how significant the difference is?

You need 6-7 seconds to run from room 1 to room 2. Time is very important factor in jewel farming. So yeah, first room and remap is more effective.

I feel 2nd room has a better drop rate. I usually clear both.

depends mostly on the ms you got, if you are quick enough its best to clear both rooms however if you do not best to remap after first room as others said
