Can I try to farm lvl 56 or 58 with a lvl 69 or do I need a lower level? where is the best place to farm pinks

No. 56 and lower received 56 glyph, 57 and 58 recieve 58 glyph. Any level higher gets 60.

Doesn't 22 receive 21 in SSC?
Does that apply to Glyphs, so.
57, 56, and lower = 56 drop
59, 58 = 58 drop
60+ = 60 drop?

Lowest level is 53 but you can't go to the next level through the portals. You have to clear the entire map :D

If you are 57, you get 58 if there is a person 58 or higher in the party. If the entire party is 57 or lower you get 56.

The drop mechanics have changed (months ago) and this is no longer the case. ALL characters in map will receive scaled drops that are appropriate to their specific level no matter what other levels they are running with.

Threat level, you can get 56 drops.

When I was in Humania 2 months ago with my lvl67 bear I was getting lvl66 drops. I only started getting lvl68 items when I reached lvl68.

You get 56 drops until you reach 58. So best would be 57 if you want farm only. At Fang 62 is the max lvl for getting 61, at sewer 52 for getting 51.
