Allies EXP - Which ones give the best ratio of XP to time? Which ones are you using?

For those who are logging in every two hours to slowly advance their character, which allies have you found give the best return on xp for the 2 hour time frame?

I'm using:

John Cathaway (Worlmen Sepulcher) ~12.45 xp/energy - 11 energy
Alma Vazquez (Morhaven District) ~11.78 xp/energy - 9 energy
Cultist Spirit (Willowbrook Parish) ~11.4 xp/energy - 5 energy

I know Liegh Branagh in Fresnel Cemetery has a higher ratio (12.17 xp/energy, 6 energy), but the three above add up to 25 energy which makes it easier for me to spend all my energy every 125 minutes.

The middle ally in marshwood 110 xp
The top guy in very last campaign 137 xp i only do those two since they give the most xP

I also use the same system as Aedenos. Think it is definitely the best way.

Check the player guides, specifically this one (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?61416-Allies-Experience-amp-Gold-Breakdown-A-Guide) (or jump straight to my spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AlUw1DUKH-TwdDB3VzMwZ2J6WDRycWxMSGkzVHFuWXc#gid=3)) - I've calculated how much experience per energy and experience per hour (plus gold/energy or gold/hour) that you can get with all of the missions in the game.

Basically, here are the "best" options depending on what you want:

Most XP/NRG: 102. Fresnel Cemetary - Blake Jones - Question the undertaker
Most XP/Hour: 115. Worlmen Sepulcher - Cultist Spirit - Rob the deceased (best w/both full or empty energy)
Most $$/NRG: 111. Worlmen Sepulcher - John Cathaway - Supply Run
Most $$/Hour: 106. Fresnel Cemetary - Liegh Branagh - Take payoff (if you start w/full energy - 30 second mission)
Most $$/Hour: 104. Fresnel Cemetary - Night Watchman - Raid mausoleums (if you start w/no energy - 2 hour mission)

The spreadsheet can help you find your best options if you haven't reached the last 2 campaigns yet. All of the numbers were updated this morning to reflect the updates.
