Not sure if its intentional or not but the gems from previous campaigns r not going higher than lvl 25 and im lvl 30 atm. Now some do like the beastgem of defense but the earlier gems do not like the moonstone of defense in map 1.2

I will have make a clarification post in announcements, but this update seemed like the best time to start implementing an idea of progression in loot. Only the campaigns Gallows Alley Slum and above yield up to level 30 loot, every other campaign is going to cap out at 25 for loot rewards. Vanities however, do not discriminate and can drop in all the locations they can before at the same rates.
