Progress Achievements not happening

I completed the Fresnel Cemetary and Worlmen Sepulcher campaigns, but haven't gotten the achievements. Every ally mission in Fresnel is also telling me I've just unlocked a new campaign (probably related)

The allies are required as part of the achievement, and they should be working. I will double check though.
