I have an issue I would like resolved and I submitted a request to live support but your agents are never available. When can we, the consumer, actually expect to see some LIVE SUPPORT?

Yeah Im starting to experience this too. It freezes up at the obsidian boss in the middle of the fight and force closes the app.

Its like that too in sl. Like in numa today in a full party alot of skills going off freezes my game.

Live support is in Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM US Central Time. They are also not in for major holidays, like Monday's US Labor Day holiday. We do have 7 day a week ticket support.
