Can we please get a customizable joystick?

For most newer mobile devices (in my case, an iPhone 14 Pro Max, emphasis on the "max") the joystick is literally hugging that corner and it's very uncomfortable on the thumbs. With newer mobile devices coming out every year, a "customizable joystick" is the best fit instead of a fixed one (I also attempted to play on a iPhone 12 Pro, not the max) with the same uncomfortable feel.

I suggest being able to move it to where it feels more comfortable within a certain limit of course, like the example I present to you below:

Ideally, for me, I would move it to where I placed a red circle(as it would feel the most comfortable) but others may feel more comfortable anywhere else within the red border (or whatever limits you guys feel would be necessary).

Anyone else have any input on this?

I totally understand the thumb soreness and cramps on new devices that are close to the edge.

STS did add the margins in options.

Where you go to :
Menu
Game Options II
Safe Area Layout (button at the very bottom middle)
Then you get to adjust the yellow little squares all the way to the middle
And press Apply and Restart button

However it still isn't enough to combat the thumb soreness.

My wise friend did advise me to use a huge phone case that pushes your hands out more , it does help aliviate the soreness.

However, your suggestion will surely make it more user friendly to those who prefer to use new mobile phone devices using their thumbs.

You could try going to 'Options' (Game Options I) check the 'Toggle Joystick Location' then at Game Options II there will be a slider to adjust Virtual Joystick Location but can only adjust it to higher ot lower
